We are pleased to announce the newest addition to the CERGU Working Paper Series by Raimondas Ibenskas and Jonathan Polk entitled ”Party Responsiveness to Public Opinion in New European Democracies”. Raimondas Ibenskas was a guest researcher at CERGU/The Department of Political Science 2013-2014. Jonathan Polk is an Associate Professor of Political Science and has been a part of CERGU since 2012.
