CFT in Bornholm
In May 2026, parts of the Centre for Tourism (CFT) at the University of Gothenburg visited Bornholm and senior researcher Andreas Skriver Hansen at CRT - Centre for Regional and Tourism Research.
During the visit, research and collaboration were discussed. The visit also included presentations about Gourmet Bornholm and visits to Pilegård cideri, Grønbechs Gaard, a guided tour of Nexø, visits to round churches and dinner at a smokehouse.
CFT will organize follow-up meetings with CRT in June to discuss joint research funding applications on themes such as food tourism, pilgrimage tourism, and maritime tourism.
