On this occasion, we propose reflecting on the relationships between archives, power, and spaces of resistance within the Ibero-American context, considering the archive not merely as a repository of documents, but as a cultural and affective space traversed by power relations. We propose examining how different archival regimes shape the region’s memory—oral, literary, cultural, and historical—while also establishing its limits, exclusions, and silences.
