At a research seminar on 23 February at 14.15-16 hrs, Olof Larsson and Johan Karlsson Schaffer will speak on the theme of European law in national court proceedings.
Olof Larsson is a Researcher at the Department of Political Science at the University of Gothenburg and Johan Karlsson Schaffer is Assistant Head of Department and Senior Lecturer at the School of Global Studies at University of Gothenburg. They will present their research on how national courts use European law and how judges position themselves in cases concerning ECHR or EU law.
