World-class musicians visit the Academy of Music and Drama. This time it is the violinist and viola player Isabelle van Keulen together with pianist Ronald Brautigam. The Dutch duo offers a concert with music by Beethoven, Poulenc, Arvo Pärt and Brahms.

Isabelle van Keulen

Isabelle van Keulen has performed with world-leading orchestras such as the Berlin Philharmonic, the Concertgebouw Orchestra, Sinfonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, the London Philharmonic and the Royal Philharmonic in Stockholm, to name a few. As a musician, Isabelle van Keulen is versatile: she not only plays the violin, but also the viola at the same high level.

Isabelle van Keulen has previously been active in the Academy's Artist in Residence Programme.

Ronald Brautigam

Ronald Brautigam is a world-leading pianist who has established himself within classical and early romantic composers. He has been a student of the legendary Rudolf Serkin and has a celebrated discography with, among others, complete cycles of works by Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven.
