The Life Guards Dragoon Music Corps is one of Sweden's three professional military music corps, and today, it is the only one with a purely brass instrumentation. However, during the 19th century, this was a very common form of military music. The archives are filled with forgotten sheet music, often well-crafted arrangements of sophisticated music.

Prince Carl explores the repertoire of the 1800s for a sextet and performs it on period-appropriate instruments. This week, there is a collaboration with the Frista'He' sextet, who are also participating.

The concert is a joint arrangement with the Life Guards Dragoon Music Corps.
