Outsiders in Los Angeles

Culture and languages

Wind and percussion students from the classical music educations welcome you to a lunchtime concert together with the Gothenburg Wind Orchestra and conductor Emil Björklund. The repertoire consists mainly of music written by some of the 20th century's greatest composers for wind orchestra.

The programme is based mainly on music written by composers who fled fascism in Europe in the late 1930s and traveled to America.
