Omforma wants to bring about social change for the design profession. Ultimately even for the users of the products that are the result of a designer’s practice. Their work include politics, research and conversations. They are focusing on making people’s working life more feminist, anti-racist, intersectional and inclusive. In this lecture Omforma will talk about their methods, their study and the insight it gives about working as a designer, dealing with the power structures and norms in the design field.
