Sahlgrenska Academy has appointed professor and dentist Guglielmo Campus as this year's honorary doctorate. He will come to Odontologen on October 18 to give an open lecture entitled; Dental Caries - a global public health challenge

Guglielmo Campus is Professor of Preventive Dentistry and Oral Epidemiology at the University of Bern, Switzerland. Through his research and his work within WHO, among others, he is an important global player with strong ties also to the Institute of Odontology at the Sahlgrenska Academy.
