Artist Jonas Lund is currently installing the artwork Among the Living in five different locations across the Artistic Faculty. The work consists of an artificial intelligence that enjoys asking questions and learning as much as it can about all students at the faculty. The installation is carried out in collaboration between Akademiska Hus and the Public Art Agency Sweden.

The inauguration of Among the Living will take place on 15 October in Baulan at HDK-Valand. The inauguration will take the form of a conversation between the artist Jonas Lund, Shannon Felländer Tsai, student of Fine Art at HDK-Valand and member of the student reference group that contributed to the development of the AI, and Björn Norberg, curator at the Public Art Agency Sweden.

The conversation and inauguration are part of the Contemporary Art Days.
