GPCC and Vitalis are collaborating during this year's simultaneous GCPCC and Vitalis conferences, both at The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre in Gothenburg. They are collaborating on a crisis/preparedness track with a focus on how person-centred care can contribute to a more resilient and sustainable healthcare system under extraordinary circumstances. The track highlights how healthcare can strengthen continuity, preparedness and flexibility through working methods and models that work both in everyday life and in crisis.

The track begins with a joint keynote speech by GCPCC and Vitalis on Monday 4/5, where Bengt Kristersson Uggla, long-time philosophical advisor at GPCC, will speak about What makes us human? …and who cares, in times of global destabilization?.

Examples of other seminars in the track are Home dialysis as a logistical hub in resilient healthcare – person-centered care by design and Person-Centred Care for Crisis Preparedness: Building Resilient Healthcare Under Exceptional Circumstances.
