Anyone that collects biological sample from one country and brings it to another, e.g, for DNA sequencing, should attend this seminar to learn what rules are already in place and which new rules are in the pipeline. It is all linked to the Nagoya protocol on access and benefit sharing. Negotiations are ongoing and a lot is happening.

Jens Sundström works at SLU Uppsala and is a member of the Swedish National Committee for Biology, and he also represents Sweden in international negotiations regarding DSI.
