Welcome to the research area of Transplantation Surgery. In addition to research related to transplantation surgery, we conduct research on surgical methods for treating tumors in the liver and bile ducts, as well as education.

Research

Experimental research focuses on new techniques to enable more donors and minimize the shortage of organs. Clinical research focuses on optimizing immunosuppressive treatment to improve short-term outcomes and reduce unwanted side effects. We also conduct studies of new drugs with the aim of preventing chronic rejection of transplanted organs.
