About Consolee Uwihangana

Ms. Uwihangana Consolee is a PhD student at the Gothenburg University, Department of Social Work. She holds a Msc. in Social Work and Human Rights, a MA in Development Studies, and a BA in Social Work. She possesses a Certificate on Psychosocial Support of People Living with HIV/AIDS and a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PCAP). She has experience working with vulnerable women since she has been a social work trainer in Women for Women International, Rwanda as a Social work Trainer. She is the Vice President of Rwanda National Organization of Social Workers (RWA-NOSW). She is involved in the teaching of different modules and in curriculum review activities in the Department of Social Sciences, University of Rwanda.
