If you speak Swedish, you may be able to take courses taught in Swedish during your exchange at the University of Gothenburg. Check with your international coordinator at the University of Gothenburg before applying.

If you have a high level of proficiency in Swedish, you may be able to take academic courses taught in Swedish. First, ask your international coordinator at the University of Gothenburg whether this option is available to you.

Please note that the Swedish course catalogue refer applicants to universityadmissions.se. This information does not apply for exchange students. Instead, follow the application process for exchange students described on Apply for exchange studies.

Before you apply for courses taught in Swedish, your language proficiency must be assessed and your choice of courses must be approved. Contact your international coordinator at the University of Gothenburg for guidance.
