Futures With(out) Work
Short description
Futures with(out) Work is a research group led by a team of researchers who study various aspects of work, working life, and knowledge production. Their goal is to provide impactful, visionary, yet actionable research and education on digital work futures.
The group explores how digital technology is reshaping futures of work. These technological developments will change how we conceive employment policies, design work, lead organisations, plan our careers, and educate future generations. The group studies potential futures where traditional work may radically change or even disappear, offering insights for policymakers, businesses, labour groups, and the general public to proactively shape the future. This focus emphasises sustainability, resilience, inclusivity, and ethical technology integration.
