The Richard C. Malmsten Award for best thesis, 2020

The Richard C. Malmsten Award for Best Theses is awarded each year to the best thesis within each Master Programme. These awards have been given since the initiation of the GBS/GS Master programmes in 1997. Johan Malmsten and the Richard C. Malmsten Memorial Foundation thus show their encouragement and appreciation directly to the students through these awards for best Master thesis. The award is SEK 10 000 for each author.

The winners within Innovation and Industrial Management

Austeja Bernataviciene and Hellena Negatu were the winners from Innovation and Industrial Management, with the thesis "It gives more than it takes - A Case Study of the platform CLOSER”.

The winners within the Entrepreneurship programme

The winners from Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship were Carl Larsson and Johan Horn with the thesis ”Challenging Traditional Growth Strategies: An exploratory single case study on how Forza Football designs user involvement growth strategies to enable viral growth”.
