In connection with Jonas Zimmerman's dissertation defence, we are pleased to welcome his opponent, Joseph Cuthbertson, PhD, Associate Professor at the University of Notre Dame Australia, for a seminar on Disaster Evaluations.

CKM researcher Amir Khorran will also give a presentation entitled "We know the lessons - So why are people still left behind in disasters?"

The seminar will provide an opportunity to explore how disaster evaluations can contribute to learning, preparedness and improved disaster response.
