The day is a great opportunity to get to know us at Steneby better! You will have the opportunity to meet and talk to our students and teachers, see our workshops and explore the opportunities that open up after graduation. During the open house, you can also ask questions about your application, work samples, accommodation and participate in workshops etc.
During both days, free buses will depart from Gothenburg with a stop in Uddevalla and on Saturday a bus will depart from Stockholm (see info below).
If you do not have the opportunity to attend on site, you can participate in our digital open house that takes place during the same time! Feel free to take part in our digital tour of the premises before the visit: Visit our digital tour – Steneby.

11.00 – 11.15 Coffee and buns in the meeting room.
11.25 – 11.45 Information from the principal, head of education and students at Stenebyskolan Foundation and information about HDK Valand Campus Steneby by the director.
11.50 – 13.15 Guided tours as below.
13.00 – 16.00 Digital guided tour with introductory information by the principal, head of education at Stiftelsen Stenebyskolan. Connect via link:
14.00 – 16.00 Guided tours as below.
13.15 – 14.00 Lunch in the dining room.
16.00 Return at Kårhuset.
Please visit our beautiful library and art gallery. In the art gallery, the exhibition “eye and eye” with Pu Mu Huang & Torsten Jurell is ongoing. Opening hours during the open house, Friday 11-12:30 – 13-14.30 and Saturday 13-15.30.

Stockholm: Departure from Cityterminalen, signposted Stenebyskolan – Dals Långed at 06.00. Return to Stockholm at 16.00.
Gothenburg: Departure from Nils Ericssons terminalen, signposted Stenebyskolan, at 8.30 am. Return to Gothenburg at 16.00. The bus goes via Uddevalla and picks up at Bohusläns museum at 9.35. NOTE! Please state in your booking if you wish to get on in Uddevalla.
