Registration fee (including welcome reception, lunches, and dinners):

  • Discussants, Panelists, Session Chairs, and Authors: No fee
  • Other participants: USD 200 (SEK 2000)

Conference dinner only for companion on September 4: SEK 1 000 (appr USD 100). 
Conference dinner only for companion on September 5: SEK 1000 (appr USD 100)
