I have been employed at the University of Gothenburg since 2015, initially as a study administrator at the School of Business, Economics and Law. Over the years, I have taken on additional responsibilities as a student counselor and education officer. Currently, I serve as a Programme Coordinator, where my primary focus is on providing management support.
As part of the management group, I support the Head of Department in coordinating and handling department-level cases, as well as assisting with strategic planning. This involves preparing invitations and memos for meetings with the management group and institutional council.
In addition, I have been entrusted with the important responsibility of handling cases of harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination. In this capacity, I am an integral part of the case management group at the Faculty of Education.
