Mussa Hussaini is an Associate Senior Lecturer of corporate finance in the Department of Business Administration at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. His research lies in corporate finance, with particular interests in M&As, IPOs, corporate governance, ESG issues. His work examines how ownership structures, board characteristics, disclosure quality, and sustainability performance influence corporate decisions and firm value, using primarily empirical methods. His research has been published in journals such as International Review of Financial Analysis, Finance Research Letters, and Applied Economics. His teaching covers corporate finance and corporate valuation at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
