Megan Baxter is an associate researcher at the Department of Political Science. Formerly at the Governance and Local Development Institute (GLD), Megan now works on projects for which Kristen Kao and Aksel Sundström are the principal investigators. Those projects include Kristen's Integration at the Neighborhood Level: Cross-National Comparisons of Refugee Segregation, Identity, and Inclusion, Effects of Immigrant Integration Policies on Long Run Outcomes in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, and Bridging Injustice Gaps: Peace Enhancement at Conflict’s End (BIG PEACE) as well as Aksel's Female Leadership and Effects from African Droughts (Fem-LEAD).
