I am a Mexican psychologist specialized in educational measurement. Particularly, I am interested in validity issues around educational and social indicators and proxies. Currently, I am exploring teacher mobility within the Swedish educational system, what drives teachers to move and what effects have. How can we measure and understand it from a fair and valid perspective. I am using registry data to do this.

I have worked in test development, validation processes and using registry data to understand better populations.
