War in Ukraine and the International Legal Order: A panel discussion

Forskning
Samhälle & ekonomi

In what ways does the intervention by the Russian Federation into Ukraine engage international law? This international law panel will discuss current events in light of the international laws of belligerent occupation, sanctions and of refugee displacement. Moreover, it addresses the broader question of how the intervention might change the international legal order such as we know it and asks what the implications of these changes are.
