Our research
UGot ReWork conducts research on return to work among people with mental ill-health, such as depression, anxiety, and reactions to severe stress, as well as musculoskeletal disorders. Our research is grounded in an interdisciplinary approach and carried out through cross-disciplinary collaboration.
UGot ReWork investigates which individuals are at risk of developing long-term sickness absence and may therefore need support from employers and healthcare services during the return-to-work process. This also includes studies of how the organisation of health care affects return-to-work interventions, as well as collaboration between key stakeholders such as healthcare services, employers, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.
Our research – five work packages
The research is divided into five work packages. Here you can read more about what each work package includes.
Tracks
In addition to the work packages, the centre has three cross cutting streams that run through and are integrated into all five work packages.
