Funding and collaborations
The base funding for the Gothenburg Global Biodiversity Centre is provided by the Faculty of Science and Technology at the University of Gothenburg.
The GGBC receives further support from the strategic research area Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services in a Changing Climate (BECC), and the Region of Västra Götaland, as well as our host institution, the Department of Biological and Environmental Science at the University of Gothenburg.
In addition, each partner organisation contributes with an annual fee.
