Expedition Skagerak – a podcast about ocean expeditions

It's intense, complex, and often a race against both time and the elements. A scientific expedition at sea can be the experience of a lifetime.

In the Expedition Skagerak podcast, listeners meet researchers who share what it is like to take part in expeditions to often remote and hard-to-reach regions such as Greenland and Svalbard. Through their stories, you gain insight into the experiences, challenges, technical solutions, and scientific advances made at sea aboard the University of Gothenburg's research vessel R/V Skagerak.

Each episode highlights concrete examples of scientific research questions, technical solutions, and methodologies that may be relevant if you are planning your own marine research or scientific projects at sea.
