Short description

In the Scary Seafood project, researchers and entrepreneurs are working together to explore unused marine resources and create new culinary experiences.

The project aims to inspire greater entrepreneurship and strengthen coastal communities in western Sweden as tourist destinations. Sustainable use is a recurring theme throughout the project.
