Restructuring in the retail industry

The retail trade is undergoing profound structural changes. Over the past four years, more than 20 000 employees in the sector were given notice. It means that there is a great need for efficient restructuring measures for retailers. The aim of the project is to collate experiences from companies that have undergone a transformation to create a better understanding of the conditions for restructuring in the retail trade.
