Bioinformatics and Data Centre (BDC)

The Bioinformatics and Data Centre, in collaboration with Centrum för Medicinsk Genomik, offers new high-throughput techniques, including next-generation sequencing (NGS), for clinical and pre-clinical research as part of Genomic Medicine Sweden (GMS) and SciLifeLab Clinical Genomics. Additionally, we provide bioinformatics and statistical analysis, data integration, and visualization of genomic, proteomic, and epidemiological data, among other services.
