About Bin Han
Researcher at the Department of Oncology, Institute of Clinical Sciences
I am a researcher at the University of Gothenburg, working on a project focused on spatiotemporal (time and space/geography) statistical analysis and machine learning-based analysis of preterm delivery in Sweden. From October 2023 to September 2024, I worked on a project involving spatiotemporal statistical analysis of COVID-19 in Sweden, collaborating with Mia Söderberg and Ottmar Cronie. Between 2021 and 2023, I was a postdoctoral fellow at KTH, supervised by Liam Solus, and from 2020 to 2021, I held a postdoctoral position at Bar-Ilan University under the guidance of Ron Adin and Yuval Roichman. I earned my PhD in mathematics in February 2020 from the University of Lyon 1, where I was supervised by Jiang Zeng.
Areas of research: statistics and machine learning, algebraic and geometric combinatorics, enumerative combinatorics.
