About Anneli Ahlin
I have been a doctoral student in education at the Department of Education and Special Education (IPS) since the fall of 2022.
Research Interests
My research interests focus on issues related to school development, leadership, organization, and the work of school leaders. I am particularly interested in how the role of the principal has changed over time and how school leaders collaborate and share leadership. My advisors are Åsa Hirsh and Mette Liljenberg, and I am part of the research group School Development and Leadership (SKUL).
I originally trained as a teacher and worked as a teacher in elementary school for 13 years. Since 2018, I have worked as an deputy principal/principal in elementary schools and am currently combining my doctoral studies with my work as an deputy principal.
