Mitt avhandlingsprojekt, Likabehandling av företagsobligationsinnahavare, syftar till att klargöra rättsläget avseende företagsobligationsemittenters skyldighet att likabehandla obligationsinnehavare i företagsobligationsmarknaden, och analysera behovet av en utvecklad reglering för att skapa ett fullgott investerarskydd.

Huvudhandledare är Erik Lidman samt biträdande handledare är Jens Andreasson och Patrik Lindskoug.

PhD-candidate in civil law specializing in corporate and securities market law.

My PhD-project, Equal treatment of corporate bondholders, examines the obligations of equal treatment of bondholders in the Swedish corporate bond market. The objective is to improve the understanding of the rules on equal treatment of bondholders and to analyse whether these rules create adequate investor protection in the corporate bond market.

My main supervisor is  Erik Lidman, and my assistant supervisors are Jens Andreasson and Patrik Lindskoug.
