The Department of Economics at the University of Gothenburg and the Centre for Health Governance (CHG) will host the second CHG Workshop on Economics, Inequality, and Health, October 22-23, at the School of Business, Economics and Law.

The workshop gathers researchers from multiple institutions to explore how economic conditions, health, and inequality interact — and to strengthen collaboration among scholars working at this intersection. Participants exchange ideas and discusse new approaches to studying how economic and health-related factors shape well-being and opportunity.

Keynote presentations by Meltem Daysal, University of Copenhagen and Rita Ginja, University of Bergen.
