Linguistics: Advanced literature course 2
About
This course is an advanced reading course in Linguistics. Students are expected to work independently, engage with the current research literature, and produce a paper on an advanced topic in Linguistics that meets the requirements and specifications for a publishable research paper.
Topics are selected individually for each student in consultation with the examiner, taking into account the student’s prior knowledge and any other advanced-level coursework.

Selection
Selection is based upon the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 165 credits.
Facilities
The Faculty of Humanities is located in the Humanisten building at Renströmsgatan 6. The Department of Philosophy, Linguistics and Theory of Science has its premises on the 5th floor. Both the Faculty of Humanities and the adjacent Humanities Library offer several study areas and group rooms.
