Applied Corporate Finance
About
The course offers opportunities to apply theories and methods covered in previous courses, but in more detail and with available data and cases. The course content centers around the tasks carried out, or supported, by the finance function of corporations.
Such tasks include long-range planning and analysis, cash management, capital structure and fund acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, advising on dividend policy, and designing incentive programmes. The course will also cover how the financing function can be related to concerns of corporate sustainability.
This course is open to
