Professor McKelvey reflects upon what she identifies as the three key issues  inclusive growth for the Malmö Growth Commission (Tillväxtkommissionen Malmö) on inclusive growth: 1) The development of Malmö's business climate, 2) Malmö as "a livable city" to attract future talent and jobs and 3) Processes to involve Malmö residents from across the city into different parts of society.

Maureen McKelvey is Director of Centre on knowledge-intensive innovation ecosystems and Head of the Unit for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the School of Business, Economics and Law, at the University of Gothenburg and one of the commissioners in Malmö Growth Commission.
