Research

Research within oral microbiology and immunology, focusing on the role of oral bacteria in nitrate and nitrite metabolism and the implications of these processes for oral and systemic health.

Teaching

Courses in oral microbiology, infections and antibiotic therapy for dental students, and oral microbiology and infection control for dental technician and dental hygienist students.
