About Jessica Nordlander
Jessica Nordlander is a part-time industrial PhD candidate at the Department of Applied IT at the University of Gothenburg. Her research interests include the future of work, with a specific focus on remote work, how to manage remote organizations, and what happens to managerial work and leadership when conducted at a distance. She is also active in industry, as Chief Operating Officer at the Canadian research lab slash software company Vox Pop Labs and as board member for several technology startups. She has been named Sweden's most Innovative Leader, a Canadian top 40 under 40 and one of Canada's 100 most influential women in Science and Technology.
