The Centre for European Research CERGU is a multidisciplinary research centre based at the University of Gothenburg. CERGU is financed by three different faculties: The School of Business, Economics and Law, The Faculty of Humanities, and The Faculty of Social Sciences.
Erik Wennerström, LL.D., is a judge at the European Court of Human Rights with a distinguished career in Swedish civil service. In this seminar, he will present his perspective on the court’s status in the face of the challenges facing Europe and the prospects of human rights under current political conditions.
This seminar is co-arranged with the Department of Law and will be held in Swedish.
