About Rasmus Lindahl
Doctoral student in private law since 2026. The doctoral position is funded by the Stiftelsen Torsten Pettersons donations för professur i sjörätt och annan transporträtt.
My PhD project examines how costs related to greenhouse gas emissions in maritime transport are allocated under private law contracts as a result of the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) now encompassing maritime transport activities. The project is primarily concerned with exploring how publicly motivated costs affect charterparties and how climate policy impacts contractual relations.
