About Janna Roosch

I am a communications officer at the Department of Languages and Literatures at the Faculty of Humanities. In my role, I am responsible for the department’s communications work, with a focus on:

• research communication and internal communication, as well as communication support for management and staff
• marketing the department’s educational programmes
• editing and content production for the website, social media, and newsletters
• graphic design and layout, as well as video editing

Part of my work takes place within the faculty-wide collaboration project Ett HUM om. In this project, my colleague Hanna Erlingson and I work to bring humanities researchers into external arenas and create encounters between academia and the wider public, for example through collaborations with schools and public events. The project focuses on content that is timely, sparks curiosity, and invites conversation.

🎙️ At the moment, we are producing a podcast about the Roman Empire.
