Research area
I am interested in the intersection between psychology and technology. My dissertation focused on the relationship between mobile phone habits in social situations at work and the experience of collegial support, sense of belonging, and engagement in work and organization. In my ongoing research project, I am examining how motivation theory can be applied to cybersecurity in software development.
Teaching
I have primarily taught research methodology and philosophy of science at the psychology program, in standalone courses in psychology, as well as in external contexts.
