About us
The Faculty of Science at the University of Gothenburg is a dynamic environment for the knowledge seekers. In this, we create opportunities for high quality education and research.
The seven departments of the Faculty bring together research and education in Biology, Earth Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Conservation, Marine Sciences, Mathematics, Environmental Science and Molecular Biology.
We believe in collaboration and strive for close links between researchers and students. The possibilities for the next generation of students are endless, and we educate our coming natural scientists and mathematicians to contribute to a sustainable world. Within our fields we offer first, second and third cycle education.
Welcome to discover more, find new solutions and explore new questions together with us.
