About Rolf Lander

Research interests Reforms and change in Swedish schools, both at system and school levels. School development. Teachers’ professional self-esteem and development. Evaluation, both of pilot and developmental processes and of effects. Qualitative field studies and quantitative studies with structural equation modelling.

Teaching interests Courses on evaluation and school development for school personnel, municipal school and development leaders, and doctoral students. Health-promoting education.
