Finance administrator at the Physiology section of the metabolic unit
The focus of the work is on financial administrative tasks, but I also coordinate other administration within the unit.
The work mainly focuses on:
- follow-up and reporting of externally funded research projects,
- as well as ongoing financial management such as invoice management (customer and supplier ledgers).
- Budget and annual balance.
- Personnel matters such as review of travel invoices, travel orders, accommodation booking etc.
