About Maxim Olsson

My research at the department of oncology focuses on triple-negative breast cancer and cancer stem cells, with the title of my project being Molecular characterization of cancer stem cells in triple-negative breast cancer. Through the utilization of cell culture, flow cytometry, patient-derived organoids, patient line-derived xenografts in zebrafish, among other methods, I aim to investigate how cancer stem cells are influenced by neoadjuvant chemotherapy administered in clinical practice today.
