About Christina Olsen Lundh

In 2004, I was employed as a doctoral student at the Department of Law. The same year I started teaching, mainly in international environmental law and EU environmental law. My thesis focused on climate change in general, especially the EU ETS. After dissertation, I continued to work at the department, later as a senior lecturer in European law. My research focused on the various types of environmental quality standards.

Today, I am an  associate professor in environmental law and a visiting teacher at the Department of Law; I mainly tutor or examine master theses. My actual work is as judge at the District Court of Vänersborg, the Land and Environment Court. I have retained interest in research and teaching and has been commissioned as responsible for the topic "Land and Environmental Law" in the Judicial Academy. More recently, I have taken interest in the protection of species and, as a natural effect of working in a court, in procedural matters.
