Acknowledgement of receipt of the abstract submission will be sent to the corresponding author (the submitter). If you do not receive the confirmatory e-mail within 24 hours, please contact the conference secretariat at IMC17@meetx.se.
The submitter/corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing co-authors and presenting author of the status of the submitted abstract.
The corresponding author will have access to the abstract online through the personal profile page after the submission process has started. Changes can be made until the submission deadline October 15, 2020.
All presenting authors must be registered for the conference and pay the registration fee before Early Bird registration deadline, January 22th 2021, to be allowed to present and for the abstract to appear in the conference program.
When your abstract is submitted you can follow the progress online by entering your personal page. Your personal page makes it possible for you to:
- Make changes until submission deadline of October 15, 2020
- Preview abstract and edit authors
- Read your abstract
